Product warranties may differ by manufacturer, and you should check your device's literature for specific issues related to warranty coverage. However, in general terms, warranties do not cover physical abuse or tampering to the product, such as dropping the unit, submerging it in water, opening the unit, power surges, etc. In the event your device has a problem covered under warranty, we will replace or repair the unit. In the event of a replacement, we will supply you with the same or comparable device, depending on availability. We reserve the right to use a factory refurbished unit as a replacement. All replacement units are covered under the same terms of the initial warranty. For example, if you receive a replacement unit in the eleventh month of a twelve month warranty, you would have one month of warranty remaining on your replacement unit.
