We do accept and ship orders from around the world. We accept a variety of credit cards around the world. However, there are things you must know when ordering outside the United States.
In most countries, you will be responsible for paying a custom or duty on your purchase. We include a copy of the invoice on the outside of your shipment that tells your country's customs the value of your purchase. You should contact your customs office to find out the fee you will be required to pay. For some countries, you will also need to acquire a license to receive Internet or telecommunications equipment. These are outdated fees that some countries require you to pay on "high-tech" equipment. Most countries have eliminated license fees.
The other issue with customs is that it can seriously slow down the delivery time of your shipment. In some countries, customs takes less than a day. In other countries, it can take two weeks. Again, you will need to contact your country's customs office to find out how long it will take for your package to clear customs.
We offer a few ways to ship your package internationally. The most economical is by International airmail. The cost per device is usually just $10-15 for airmail. Furthermore, in some countries, airmail is one of the fastest ways to ship, since it is always handled by your local post office. Also, many have found that their customs costs are greatly reduced or waived when shipped via post, versus a courier service. If you use airmail, you should allow 4-10 days for your shipment to arrive in the destination country. Shipment time to your front step is dependent on local post and Customs. Local issues with mail delivery can increase this time (e.g., mail takes longer in Italy than in Switzerland), and customs (see above) can cause additional delays..
As an alternative, you can choose to ship your order with one of the express delivery services, such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are dramatically higher. Transport time ranges from 2-7 days. Customs costs can be higher and you may be responsible, in selected cases, to pay a customs clearance fee, though we have mostly eliminated couriers that charge these additional fees. You gain the additional benefit of tracking your shipment from our warehouse to your door.
In select cases, we will choose an alternate method to ship your order to you, for various reasons, such as previous customer issues with customs or unreliable service to that country. In these cases, we will refund any difference in price, if shipping cost is more than $3 less than what you paid when you placed your order. It takes up to 10 days to see these refunds on your credit card statement.
