Prior to now, there was no way to use one phone to answer and make calls from SIPphone *and* the traditional PSTN landline. Now you can. In March SIPphone will introduce the SIPphone Call-In-One adapter. This dual adapter sends and receives calls from SIP and PSTN with one standard phone. And its more responsive and reliable than any adapter or phone we have ever sold. Of course it is Plug-N-Dial enabled, which means you just plug it in and start dialing. Look for the formal announcement in March, we will begin shipping soon.
SIPphone offers its customers free voicemail. All you need to do to activate your voicemail is to login to my.sipphone.com and check the "voicemail" box option. Now when you miss a call, you will receive a voicemail message in your email box up to a minute long. Make sure your email is correct at my.sipphone.com, otherwise your voicemail will be sent to the wrong address.
One of our favorite features is our new conference calling system. It is so easy to use. Simply choose any (222) number, say 1-222-867-5309, and anyone calling that number from their SIPphone will be on a conference call together. It is that easy. With ten million numbers to choose from, the chances of having someone else in your conference room at the same time you are using it...well you are more likely to win the lottery or get struck by lightning.

You can download your SIPphone XTen client here.
SIP technology has been around for years, but it remained a techy-toy until recently. With the rise of SIPphone's automatic configuration standard, Plug-N-Dial, customers no longer need to be an engineer to configure a phone, join a network and monitor their calls. In fact, with Plug-N-Dial seconds after plugging in your phone or adapter it is automatically configured to join our network, issues you a phone number and makes all the necessary configurations and upgrades to your phone hardware. It is no wonder that more and more SIP manufacturers are making their hardware Plug-N-Dial enabled.
If you run into trouble with your SIPphone account or hardware you should point your browser to our Technical Support section of our website. If you can't find the answer to your question there, you will need to send us an email to support@sipphone.com. When you email us your question, we will need you to provide the following information:
Did you know your SIP adapter can talk to you? Check it out. Pick up your phone. The button on the top of the adapter will illuminate red. Hit the button and the adapter's built in voice menu will talk to you. You can dial 0 2 to hear the IP number assigned to the adapter. If you type this IP address into your Internet browser, you will see the configuration login for your adapter. But of course your SIP Adapter is Plug-N-Dial enabled, so the unit is self-updating and configuring.
